Moroccan Spice is an flavor adventure to the spice markets of Morocco. Our recipe uses Ras el Hanout, a spice blend found in Northern Africa. There are layers of flavor with hints of cumin, cloves, coriander and cinnamon. Intensity of the spices has been adjusted for just the right amount of flavor so you can enjoy this jerky without overwhelming your taste buds.
