A: All EU Countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK). International: USA. Please contact us if your country is not listed and you are desperate to try our Jerky. We will find out if shipping is possible.

Q: What Allergens does your Jerky contain?

A: Please see our product description pages. Each recipe has different ingredients and allergens listed there.

Q: Where does your meat come from?

A: We are always working to find the best quality, grass-fed beef we can and to support ranches that strive to be as eco-friendly and humane as possible. Our meat source is changing occasionally to further improve on these core ideas. Currently our meat is sourced from Germany. (6/12/2016)

Q: Do you sell in bulk?

A: We have both corporate sales (corporate-sales <@> lowrysdriedmeat.com) for offices, and retail sales (retail-sales <@> lowrysdriedmeat.com) for shops wishing to sell our Jerky. Please contact us at those email addresses with your inquiry.

Q: Can we buy your Jerky in stores?

A: Currently our Jerky is only available online. Here is our retail stock page.

Q: What are these pieces of stuff on the Jerky?

A: Our Jerky is made by hand from real ingredients, not powders. That means you may find seeds, ginger fibers, or onion skins. We love this about our Jerky and try to develop different textures using natural ingredients. We hope you like it too!

Q: My Jerky has white spots on it; what is that?

A: Assuming its not sesame seeds or jalapeno seeds, it could be 3 things: 1) Salt. As the jerky adjusts to the atmosphere it can get small white granules of salt, this is totally fine and should not affect the jerky. 2) Fat. While we try to remove all fat, some beef pieces are fattier than others. When a piece has more fat on it, this fat can dry and form a small white patch. As long as it is not too much this should be fine. Too much fat can cause the jerky to spoil. We do our best to quality control and remove these pieces. 3) Mold. Our product does not contain any preservatives. That is great for people looking for a pure, natural product. But makes packaging difficult. Occasionally mold can creep in. If you get a package with "white/green fur" on the Jerky, please notify us and we will send you replacements for the affected bags.

Q: My Jerky tastes weird/bad, whats wrong?

A: We do everything we can to make sure our product is as consistent as possible. However, since our Jerky is handmade and not produced in a factory there can be problems in packaging or batches that get overlooked. We pride ourselves on safety and can assure you our Jerky is safe to eat. However, if the flavor is not up to par, please contact us for replacements.

Q: Are your flavors with alcohol in them safe to eat?

A: Do not worry, you won't get a DUI after eating our Jerky. The alcohol is merely for flavor, nearly all of the alcohol has evaporated during the drying process.

Q: Will you make new flavors?

A: We will have limited edition flavors, and seasonal flavors available in the Jerky Workshop. Some flavors listed there may become permanent flavors depending on their popularity.

Q: How do I change my Subscription Flavor mix?

A: The short version: My account > Manage Subscriptions > Edit > Change product variant. With pictures: EN | DE
