We are...
We are jerky enthusiasts, chefs, foodies and passionate BBQ meat smokers. Since childhood, our founder was making beef jerky in the Southwestern USA. Growing up in Arizona meant the possibility to make handmade beef jerky by drying the meat outdoors in the hot desert sun the way Native Americans made "Ch'arki" thousands of years ago.


Our Tradition...
Following an old family recipe we re-invigorated the tasty snack with delicious new flavors using high quality, healthy, natural ingredients. We poured alot of time into developing the perfect balance of flavors while holding true to our healthy, preservative-free, ethically sourced beliefs.


Quality & Flavor...
Ultimately our focus and passion is two-fold: the best flavor, and most ethically sourced ingredients. We will continue to release tweaks to existing flavors, new flavors, and adjustments to meet our goal of having the best tasting Beef Jerky we can possibly make!
Our meat currently comes from Local Farms in the region of Bavaria in Germany.
